Erin Andrews Is Suing For $75 Million For THIS Peephole Video? {NSFW}

“Fox Sports host Erin Andrews is seeking justice for the peeping tom who secretly videotaped her in her hotel room back in 2008 … $75 million worth of justice! Andrews sued Marriott … claiming its employees were negligent because they gave Barrett the room next to hers, at his request.”

While Erin was staying at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and the Radisson Airport Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 46 years old Michael David Barrett, an insurance company employee from Westmont, Illinois, filmed her while she was nude in her hotel room through the peepholes on the hotel doors.

After failing to sell the video footage to TMZ, the celebrity gossip site in January 2009, on July 16, 2009, Barrett posted the video footage online that he shot from the Nashville Marriott and it instantly went viral. He was arrested for interstate stalking on October 2, 2009 by the FBI.

Authorities found a second tape of a nude Erin in her room at the Radisson Airport Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin but the tape was never made public, here it is for the first time…

Sorry about that, just kidding…

Seriously though, The Conspiracy Theory side of things makes you wonder. Since this incident, Andrews’ insignificant career skyrocketed, including a spot on Dancing With The Stars. The $75 million would be the icing on the cake. In a suit filed just under the stature of limitations.

If you watch the ORIGINAL VIDEO (strictly for research, of course!), it almost seems that she is posing for the camera; turning this way and that (so you don’t miss her good side?), while “totally involved” with brushing her hair.

And what woman fixes her hair first (totally “nekked”), and AFTERWARDS puts on her clothes over her freshly-coiffed do?

Questions, questions.

Here is the link to the real video, make your own decision…
